Staff

Hygiene and training of the Staff: one of the main risk for the healthy of the foods is the possible direct or indirect contamination of the staff during the working processing. For this reason the staff inside the working area act in respect of personal and general hygienic rules.

Each worker inside the working area keeps and high personal hygienic level he wears suitable clean garments supplied daily by the company.

All the staff is trained in order to focus on the awareness of the possible healthy risk that may harm the customers. A periodic training is held by a university teacher in veterinary science.

Product

The workers and the manager daily check the marking of the products and check the healthy and freshness of the product. The check consists in an accurate inspection to be sure no product is damaged.

They check the incoming products by inspecting the label of the original packaging, the delivery note and the standard temperature during the delivery.

Veterinary with test- laboratory authorized by Healthy Ministry makes test to the products according to the terms foreseen by law rules.

The company, to keep a higher level , makes further control twice a week supported by veterinarian advisors to the incoming products and, therefore, to the suppliers.

Thanks to all these controls and the efficiency of the internal and external workers the company has get the CE award and is an example for the whole community of high healthy standard level laboratory.
